Never got the first goal I set on here but after a little time I now have one property. Now just fixing it up and getting it ready to rent.
I am a full time wholesaler in the San Antonio area with NetWorth Realty. Our company buys and sells 20-30 investment properties every month. We also have offices in 12 other major cities in the U.S. if you are interested in other market.
We began investing in 1997 - when we realized that our salaries wouldn't cover our children's financial needs for college, missions and weddings.... Several transactions and 10+ years in business later, we're now acquisition specialists for a small group of private investors who like large multi-family and commercial office/retail/flex...
