20-something just getting started with with real estate investing.
I've been in rental properties basically all my life. My Dad owned properties as far back as I can remember and thats where my passion for rental properties come from. My wife and I own SFH's and MFH's we love duplexes and would love to get a few small apartment compexes we are still learning but loving every minute of it.
I'm was born, raised and live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am ready to invest in my 1st deal but having trouble figuring out which way to go. I would like to stay in my area but am also interested in Phoenix, Oklahoma City and Washington/Portland areas. I'm hoping to get guidance from honest BP members.
I'm a twenty-something new to the real estate world and I'm here to learn! I am married without kids and I drive ships in the Navy for a living.
