Recently took the plunge to full time investor. I have a strong background in commercial construction and have decided to use that to manage flips. Also have closed a few creative finance deals and see that as a great way to begin building a lucrative business.
I am simply enjoying trying to learn every single thing I can learn about the business of real estate investing. Nothing more complicated than that. Nothing less complicated than that, either.
