Hello fellow investors.
I have been an investor for a short period of time, after building new construction homes in my past. From my relatively short experience flipping homes I have come to find that good Contractors and GC firms are hard to find. That revelation led me to form a GC/Construction company, BLS General Contracting.

Hello, my name is Gabriel Lossing. I have a huge interest in real estate. I will soon be getting my Loan Originator licence and working with a real estate agent. I also would like to use my VA loan and buy a few rental buildings.
