Hi, I am a newbie to real estate investing. I am interested in rental properties to add an income stream. I live in bay area CA where properties are very expensive so would like to learn how to find rental properties in other states and manage remotely.
I'm a new investor looking to connect with other local and out of state professionals. partnering with other investors who are ready to take a risk and get involve with flipping, BRRRR or any other way to create cash-flow or passive income.
I was born and raised in nyc and now i reside in Allentown P.A. I enjoy socializing and meeting new people. I am new to REI but have learned alot recently and i am excited to do my first deal. I am looking forward to learning, helping and connecting with many entrepreneurs.
