We have been investing in rental properties for over 20 years. We are not "big time" investors. We have a few duplexes which we self manage.

Worked in home improvement my whole life. I know enough to know what I can't or don't want to do.
Bought, fixed up and sold multiple properties in New York and Texas.
Currently in the Houston area focusing on obtaining multiple properties in the Montgomery/ San Jacinto County area to use for additional income.
