Working toward having real estate income replace earned income.
I am married with one son. I am a retired police officer, and currently an owner/operator (truck driver). I realize I need to leverage my money better and start using it to work for me. Staying where I am at will not provide me with a comfortable retirement, and I believe proper real estate investing will help me reach my goals.
