Licensed GC, I have bought, fixed and flipped properties
for ten plus years. Just started this year getting into doing
more wholesale deals. I have set my goals and looking forward
to achieving them. I'm trying to absorb as must knowledge as
I can about wholesaling real estate.

I have owned a rental for some time, but never really understood the proper way to analyze such an investment. It is time to sharpen my skills and increase my portfolio. I'm interested primarily in buy and hold cash flow properties at this time.
