I work in the IT field and am looking to start investing in properties. At some point soon, I look forward to quitting my job or at least have the ability to quit in the event I don't like it anymore.
I have worked in the Metro Dc real estate market since 1999. I focus on financing real estate developers and owners though private financing options. I originate, evaluate and close opportunities that make sense. Currently, I do this as Sr Account Manager for ACC Mortgage in Rockville MD. A private lender for real estate opportunities.
Retired engineer - have done 3 properties - buy and hold. Would like to do some flips. My biggest problem is finding deals. I'd like to master flips then move on to wholesaling. Thanks for any help you can provide.
