I am a novice wholesaler who has just decided to get into real estate investing. I am looking to make connections, learn and make some quick cash so I can start flipping.
Just finished my course work to be a licensed Real Estate agent in TX. Will take my license exam ASAP, and my husband and I plan to continue flipping houses and building a portfolio of rental properties, while I help with buying/selling for us, as well as for other clients.
