I'm a local real estate investor in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia which is on the outer edge of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area 1 hour from D.C. I am a licensed Real Estate agent in WV as well and a full time truck tech/Shop Foreman at a Chevrolet,Dodge,Isuzu dealership.
