I’ve always loved real estate! Even though it’s not my full time job, I love perusing the mls. I’ve been lucky finding properties that needed to be fixed, living in them and then selling for profit a few years later. Recently I’ve entered the short term rental market with an oceanfront property in North Myrtle Beach,SC.
I am 27 years old, living in Ruston, La. I graduated from Louisiana Tech Univeristy with a bachelors in Business Management/Entreprenuership. Currently, I am a Warehouse Manager for a large glass contractor in North Louisiana.
I have attended numerous webinars, read real estate books, and also acquired FreedomSoft. I'm very interested in becoming a real estate investor, both to help family members financially and to improve my quality of life. I'm in this area temporarily until I can help my mom sell her property here and build on to her land in Colorado.
