Hi everyone! I’m new to the REI seen, but am looking to buy in the next 6 months or so. My husband and I would love to house hack if we can and either invest in a duplex, triplex, or fourplex. We may not know a lot (besides listening to BiggerPockets every single day!!) but we’re ambitious and know how to work hard.
