I rented out my very first single-family house in summer 2017. Now I'm looking for another one in the eastern Kansas City suburbs: south Independence, Lee's Summit, or Blue Springs.
My husband and I are buy and hold investors. At the moment we have 10 properties and are working on getting 12 more. We have commercial, single family, and small multi-family properties. Always looking to expand.
