Newer investor. Have done two flips successfully. One in San Antonio, TX and the other in downstate IL where my business partner is based out of. Starting to get into the wholesaling aspect of things as well. Really looking to free myself from my 9-5 within a few years to pursue RE investing full time
I am interested in SFH, and small multi-family buy and holds. I have a degree in construction management and since high school been interested in real estate.
I want to start with the wholesaling so I can bring my house out of debt and build my own money to invest, Then I want to get into rehab/ flipping and then rentals. I am a single parent who works all the time and is getting nowhere so I do not mind the hard work I just want it to be worth it.
I'm a newbie in the Market of San Antonio and I am currently investing in my 1st piece of real estate. Wanting network with like minded individuals and gain as much information as I possibly can.
I work in the wireless construction industry. My fiance and I are planning on getting involved in real estate. Right now we are pointed towards owning rental homes. I am just starting my research with the hope to purchase our first investment before next year.
