I am the owner of a long island NY based construction company called TL Contracting, conducting all phases of contracting, residential and commercial. Throughout my company lifespan (over 30 years) i have been involved in many rehabs and new construction builds myself, generally self funded and built.
After bouncing from one continent to another, I found my way home to New York to begin my lifelong goal in real estate.
Armed with a father as a real estate mentor, a bicycle, computer, good friends and colleagues, I plan to purchase, renovate, rent, manage, and immerse in real estate.
