I am a currently a graduate student in astrophysics at the University of Texas at Arlington and I am pursing a doctorate there. I am happily married with four children. I have avid interests in gardening, hiking, camping, reading and gaming.

I've invested in CT since 2004 and relocated to FL in 2014. I am looking to get started down here. I mostly buy and hold. I am looking for owner financing on buy and hold and also looking for houses to flip.
