I am an investor. I have rental property in south carolina and shreveport, louisiana I also work a full time job at a nuclear power plant doing outages. Looking to partner up with an investor that would do some investing in shreveport, louisiana. The houses are cheaper ($25,000-$35,000 3bedroom rents for $600-$700 monthly)not bad at all
My background and most of my experience is in project management with a heavy commercial contractor leadership. In a nutshell, "I flip houses!"...but I'm still on my first project. In addition to PM, I am a journeyman level carpenter, so I know my stuff. The end goal, is to build my portfolio in buying, selling and leasing property.
