Originally from the MidWest (Go Cavs!), I left the Rust Belt for a warmer climate. Currently I spend my days as an Auto Broker/Relationship Manager in Central Florida and spend nights learning about REI, networking, and exploring my new home.

I am an investor. I have rental property in south carolina and shreveport, louisiana I also work a full time job at a nuclear power plant doing outages. Looking to partner up with an investor that would do some investing in shreveport, louisiana. The houses are cheaper ($25,000-$35,000 3bedroom rents for $600-$700 monthly)not bad at all
