I have been a real estate agent for over 10 years and I have flipped and rehabbed a few homes. Now I am into investing full time.
I have a strong background in construction/electrical and would like to use that to become a successful investor and flipper. I can actually use my experience to help lower my rehab costs. I would like to use this to supplement my income and then become my own boss.
