Right now i'm currently working full-time as a cnc programmer in a machine shop and a part time Realtor. I used to own and run a machine shop for 16 years, during that time I rehabbed two houses and always toyed with the idea of investing in real estate, but never pursued it. My goal is to make real estate investing my next career.
