with 30 years experience in high end tile and marble installation, I waited till real estate market in Denver CO to fall. I started in 07 buying REO condos and houses to fix and flip and held onto a few to rent. Because of high costs of properties in Denver market I decided to sell a few and purchase in southern Italy
