My wife and I recently achieved part FI. We buy distressed properties and rehab them ourselves(my wife is a licensed general contractor) and turn them into long term rentals. We have done most BP strategies: airbnb super host, house hack, private money, mobile homes, single family, multi family, and multi family compounds.
I am a young, ambitious person who wants to set myself and my future family up for success, and help people find great homes for their families in the process.
