I am a 22 year old recent college grad working as an Acquisitions analyst in New York for a multifamily developer. I am looking to get into real estate investing on my own as soon as possible.
I have been teaching day trading for 29 years and buying/selling foreclosures/sheriff sales, etc.
I was always located in Miami, Florida but I have done deals in New Jersey, New York and California.
Not much experience, but on a mission to gather enough knowledge to dive in with favorable results.

My wife and I recently moved to Des Moines from the Minneapolis area where we each owned a home and decided to rent them out when wet moved south. I enjoy sports and we both like to travel and do distance running. I also have a single family home rental in Wisconsin where i was born and raised. Go Badgers!
