l do have an interest in pursuing Real Estate lnvesting though had not done any deals yet.
Really need to learn the basics.

I am looking into buying a house in the next year or so. I will reside here but I also want to buy an investment property shortly after. I do not have any experience in real estate but I do strongly think I should wait to buy my investment properties when the market is down. Help please!
