I am very interested in B or C class properties that need some value added or have below market rents. A size of 40 to 100 units is what I am currently looking for.

I have spent the past few years in Chicago and have just moved back to the Cincinnati area! I am a consultant who travels quite frequently for work, but when I'm home I spend time with my family outside in many of the parks around Cincinnati or down at the Red River Gorge in Kentucky.
