I have embarked on only 1 real estate investment deal to date--a buy and hold (for now) high-rise condominium in Las Vegas, NV current on a one-year lease to a tenant. My only other real estate deals have been several single family homes over the years for primary residence. I am interested in continuing in multi-family investing.
