Currently my wife and I are investing in rental properties were just getting started but have been in the remodeling , renovating business for 30 years . Have decided to do some renovating for ourselves to create our own portfolio.

I have been reading, researching, networking, and attending seminars about real estate investing for the last year now. My partners and I have been setting aside some funds and are getting closer each day to finding our first deal. I joined bigger pockets for the education and networking and am looking forward to it
