Hi, I am new to real estate investing. I am looking to learn about as much as I can about this profession and I'm based in the Eastern Washington State area.
I'm a local real estate investor in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia which is on the outer edge of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area 1 hour from D.C. I am a licensed Real Estate agent in WV as well and a full time truck tech/Shop Foreman at a Chevrolet,Dodge,Isuzu dealership.
Complete beginner, but this is what I want to pursue, so I welcome any good info and advice. My current target market is South Carolina.
