My business partner and I started buying rental properties in July of 2018. At the end of our first year we have 3 properties; 2 bought rent ready and the 3rd was a BRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance)... we have gotten to that 4th 'R' (Repeat)... YET!
We are currently buying and leasing properties in Clarksville, TN...
Ever since i could remember i have always wanted to get in to real estate investing full time doing flips, wholesales and rentals. One of my goals is to help people and improve our community. I have recently been afforded the opportunity to go at this full time. I am really excited to connect with local investors.
