I'm looking to do some investment ,I'm looking to start with purchase 2-3 condo and rent to own cause I think it might be a lil safer financially and I stand to make 20,000:to 30000 in a yr or rerent .I'm wasva mortgage loan officer for 6 yrs and I'm looking to become a broker and learn credit repair so that I'm a all-in-one deal maker .
