I am a new investor and member of Traction REIA in Washington DC. I am starting out as a wholesaler, primarily marketing in Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Charleston SC.
My goals are to initially generate cash as a wholesaler, and then advance into rehabbing and eventually buy and hold real estate.
