Just getting started in the business. Bought my first primary residence (future rental) August of 2018, and my goal is to buy my first rental in early 2020. Looking to network with agents, property managers, and contractors in the mid-Kansas area. Also I am still in need of a CPA!

I began House Hacking in 2010 just north of Seattle, WA and curently live in my 2nd House Hack residence in Everett, WA with my wife and 3 kids. We rent the downstairs ADU as a MTR. IN 2025 I will begin building a real estimate investment portfolio focusing on a Brrrring through multifamily properties.
