I was born, raised and still live in Ferguson MO. I am a buy and hold investor(2 successful BRRR's) but have a few house projects that will end up being sold to fund future properties. Outside of that, I love to play disc golf, woodworking and VW's.
Originally from the midwest, I moved to Austin 11 years ago and have almost jumped into real estate investing at least 3 times. I would love the opportunity to learn from others and gain the confidence to make the leap.
I've been educating myself about investing in real estate for awhile, and now I'm actually actively looking with a realtor. I'm looking forward to officially becoming a real estate investor soon.
