I purchased my first stand alone home when I was 14.
My mother was into rentals and when I was 14 said "mom, I want to buy a house". She said OK, find one and we can buy it.
I looked in the paper (there was no Internet back then!) and found a 500sqft house...
I started investing in multi family properties 2020 in and around Lexington, Kentucky and my hometown of Mansfield, Ohio. I really enjoy using BP’s calculators! I grew up doing house renovations and repairs on my dad‘s rental properties. From there, I used those skills to rehab several of my own properties.
