I'm 17 very soon to be 18 and I have no experience but I purchase read and listen to anything I can get my hand on about real estate. I'd like to pick up some experience before I'm 18 as well as learn from those that actually hold experience in it no matter what they do

I am an artist and veteran elementary art teacher, within 6 years of retiring. Knowing I won't have nearly enough to retire on with my teachers' pension, I'm excited to get started in real estate investing with my husband.
