I am a currently in my final semester at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. Graduating in May 2013 with a degree in Business Administration. I will also have my real estate license in California and will be moving to Southern California in late July 2013.
I have had my real estate license for over 20 years. I have only used my license for personal use to purchase and sale our properties. We sold all of our rentals 2 years and doing a 1031 exchange for a beach rental. We are in the market to purchase properties again to build some cash flow for retirement.
