I originally was purchasing fix and flip properties from 2000-2007 however sold all (8) properties just before the crash of 2008. Nearing retirement from my J.O.B. I can no longer rehab as I used to. Currently I'm reentering the market with a different strategy leaning towards wholesaling using private money.
