I am currently licensed as a real estate agent in Hawai’i, but I also invest in NJ and NM. Looking for investment partners in NM, Ohio, TX, PA and/or Kansas City. I can advise on Hawaii purchases (but be aware that prices are high and cap rates are traditionally lower than average there), especially Oahu and the Big Island.
