I have always wanted to be in real estate, read dozens of books and interviewed at a few different companies. I am finally taking the steps to be a real estate investor by saving and learning as much as possible. It is my goal to own at least 1 property by 2023.
Here attempting to learn as much as I can about real estate. My interests currently are primarily in rental properties. When I am not learning about real estate I am spending time with my wife and daughter going to ball games, skiing, and studying martial arts.
I currently own one condo that I rent. Looking to expand by either completing a fix and flip or BRRRR.
