I am 25 years old and work in Finance. I am a level 3 CFA candidate. I am new to real estate investing, but have learned some valuation techniques through the CFA content.

I have always wanted to get into the Real Estate Investing business, yet it seems that those successful are not or have not been willing to assist or inform those that inquire about the business. There is more than enough abandoned property in the world to whereas, anyone interested should be able to, at least obtain a property or two.
