Buy and Hold Small Multi-Family Investor
I've always been interested in investing in real estate but never made the leap. I've always done similar investing in the auto industry in different capacities but when my house didn't sell I was forced to become a landlord, and here I am.
Currently an investor in southwest Ohio focused on SFR properties. I do a few flips and am looking to get into larger multifamily and STRs
I am currently an Active Duty Navy Nurse with 8 years on active service. I have purchased two income properties in the last few years and am looking to expand my portfolio within the next 90 days by another property.
