I am a finance professional in Louisville, KY who has bought several properties as a personal residence, fixed them up, sold one and kept one as a rental property (plus the residence I currently occupy). I'm interested in taking the skills I have acquired during renovation of my personal residences and using them in a fix-and-flip setting.
