I have been investing in multi-familys and investment condos since 2004. I used to buy, rehab and hold, wholesaled a few, got licensed in 2007 have a small team (20MM) in Philadelphia and moving to ST Pete Fla in 2023. I have started a few matermind groups and they have been the most relieable source of leads.
