I work a 8 to 5 job for the Government. I have a bachelor degree in Science which I am not using since I am not working in a science field. But I have recently developed this desire to learn abut and be successful in the real estate industry.

I have no experience in real estate. Im motivated to learn and do whatever I can to create a passive/residual income in any way possible. Im currently getting my debt in control, so I get my credit rating up and be able to get a large loan from the bank to make my first real estate buy.
