on contracts and after I complete this class in a couple of weeks,
I will make plans to take the state exam for my Real Estate here in Texas.
I was a GC for 35yr, had several real estate related jobs like home inspecter, handyman, real estate sales, and also owned a pawn shop for 8yrs. I was born in az. went to catholic grade and high school, married 37yrs 4 children and 2 grand sons.
