Revolution Properties is Connecticut's leading Realty and Property Management firm servicing primarily the investment community. I am a licensed Broker in Connecticut and Rhode Island and also a licensed CPA as well. I currently own a medium sized portfolio of rentals throughout Connecticut.
I have a property I'm thinking of renting. Have never done this before and am looking for advice.
My husband, Henry, and I own a sign business in New Orleans. We have always loved fixing up our own properties (sometimes more than once - Katrina). We also purchased a building for our business that also has an apartment that we rent out.
