25 year old male, I am currently in nursing school and will be graduating in December 2016. While the medical field is a stable job I want to begin investing my money in different areas, and God has put it in my heart that real estate is one of the areas I should start in. I am here to learn what I can and am open to any advice

I am in the process of renting out my own home. I have a full-time job which I am trying to escape and I believe real estate is that vehicle in which to escape!
