My wife and I just started on this real estate path in November 2021. Currently we have just done a cash out refi, and are in the search for our first BRRRR. Boots on the ground, and have multiple good leads with 1 offer accepted. Very excited, but also understand its a long game.

Grew up in Spokane and moved to Salt Lake City after graduating from SCC, moved back to Spokane after 2.5 year.
I like the work I do (BIOMED) but would love to do real state full time.
