Had a California real estate license about 15 years ago, still remember a couple of things about the business, but let it expire because I moved to Mexico City to start a software distribution business. Now I live between Mexico City and California and my partners and I are interested in investing in real estate in the USA.
I know little about the investment part of real estate. The house we are currently living in was a foreclosure I paid cash for and have been fixing over the last few years so I have some experience with that. I'm looking to learn anything and everything to do with real estate.
