Im in my mid 40s and I had previously owned a FedEx Ground route for the past 12 years. Before that I had 2 rentals and managed a 60 unit complex. Now, I am going to start flipping houses. I need to make a monthly income so the flipping path is the one for me. After I get a nest egg established I will move the BRRRR path.
